Pre-registration opens on Monday, September 16, 2024 and closes on Monday, October 14, 2024.

Registration begins on November 22, 2024 and ends on February 28, 2025, or when the troupe reached maximum capacity, whichever occurs first.

Masqueraders are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of $275 to successfully register for a TULCT costume. An 8% processing fee is applied to all purchases.

Each masquerader will need to provide the following:

Referred By: If you were referred by a Legacy team member or ambassador, you will need to provide their referral code.

NOTE: Only register through the official TULCT website to ensure valid registration. Costumes are not reserved until deposit is received. Costumes remain the property of TULCT until paid in FULL and COLLECTED.

Your deposit ($275) must be paid upon registration, otherwise your order will be incomplete and immediately cancelled.

Any balance due for your selected costume should be paid in accordance with the payment schedule advertised by TULCT.

Costumes must be paid in full on or before the final payment date as advertised by TULCT. Failure to pay by the final payment deadline may result in forfeiture of your costume and all money paid to TULCT.

Masqueraders are required to pay a non-refundable deposit to successfully register and complete costume bookings. This non-refundable deposit is a standard cost which is mandatory, regardless of the price of the costume.

Any balance due for the selected costume(s) should be paid in accordance with our advertised payment schedule. Costumes must be paid in full by the payment deadline prior to collection.

You can submit payments online via Credit or Debit Card. Payments made through our online platform are subject to an 8% processing fee. TULCT accepts cash and money orders ONLY in person. In person payments are subject to a 5% processing fee. Checks will not be accepted as a form of payment.

All payments due MUST be made by TULCT’s payment deadline. Masqueraders who fail to pay any remaining balance by the due date will forfeit any and all monies previously paid towards their costume registration. Failure to make the payment deadline may also result in forfeiture of your costume.

Costumes remain the property of TULCT until paid in FULL and COLLECTED.

PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR REGISTRATION WILL ONLY BE COMPLETED AND VALID WHEN YOUR DEPOSIT IS PAID AND YOUR COSTUME SELECTION IS MADE.

After registration, you can ONLY upgrade/add items.

Costume packages must be picked up in person with a valid, government issued ID. Members may pickup the costume in their name only, unless otherwise authorized. The costume distribution schedule will be emailed to all members, posted to our website, and advertised on our social media accounts.

Distribution will occur on different dates based on sections. After the final date for distribution, all uncollected costumes will only be available upon the sole discretion of TULCT. Costumes remain the property of TULCT until paid for in full AND collected. Members MUST show a valid ID in order to pickup costume package. Members will also be required to sign a release form prior to costume collection.

Yes, there will be a priority line for those members who have paid in full. There will be a separate line for those with an outstanding balance. All balances must be paid in FULL before you can pickup your costume.

Yes, if you cannot pickup your costume in person at the time of distribution, you can authorize a pickup person. If you have authorized someone to collect on your behalf, they MUST have a copy of your ID as well as their own. Log into your account HERE to authorize someone to pickup on your behalf.

Contact us at registration@ultimatelegacyvi.com to arrange a new pick-up date. You can pickup your costume on any day after your designated date, however priority is given to those collecting on their designated day.

Alternate distribution dates are scheduled based on availability of band personnel.

All members are encouraged to try their costumes on upon distribution, so that any alterations may be addressed at that time. Feel free to contact TULCT so that we may assist with resizing, if possible.

Note that TULCT is NOT responsible for incorrect sizing, fluctuation in member weight, etc. TULCT will do its best, but is in no way obligated to correct sizing issues, due to the fault of the masquerader.
