The Ultimate Legacy Carnival Troupe (TULCT) was born on the desire to provide a superior all-inclusive, customer-oriented carnival experience for St. Thomas, United States Virgin Islands. We thought of the legacy we would leave for future generations…what would it be? How would it look? Our legacy is an unparalleled mas experience for each and every participant.

As a non-profit organization, we endeavor to create inspiring experiences, produce breathtaking costumes, provide top-notch customer service and become a leader and ideal example in the carnival industry. We are a group of young professionals born in the Virgin islands with a love for carnival and dreams to continue in sharing this historical celebration with the world. We strive to make a name for ourselves as a staple in the carnival community known for more than celebrating during the carnival season, but also for promoting cultural/social awareness, health and wellness and fun year round.

All that we do is conceived by our directors and volunteer troupe members. It is our mission to revolutionize the Virgin Islands’ carnival experience for both masqueraders and spectators, by leaving a profound, timeless, and impactful imprint on the caribbean community and abroad. We believe in quality over quantity and will always put the masquerader first with unmatched service from registration to the road.
